Seserman Law LLC is proud to announce that David Seserman has recently been named to the Colorado Bar Association’s Litigation Section Executive Council. This position is a great honor for David, who is well-known for his expertise in electronic evidence and discovery, employment law, and civil litigation strategies.
As a member of the Executive Council, David will also be bringing his decades of experience as a trial attorney to the council. His work with employee-administrator relationships and contracts, human resources consultation, and compensation and benefits arbitration will be an asset to the Litigation Section.
David’s appointment comes on the heels of several key appearances: one regarding e-discovery for small legal firms for the ABA GPSolo Podcast, and one for the Colorado Bar Association Inaugural Solo-Small Firm Institute. His insight and leadership for litigation regarding complex business issues is sure to be a great addition to the strong legal minds that make up the Colorado Bar Association Litigation Executive Council.
